Truly life-changing. I attended Sarita’s Divine Weave retreat and it truly was one of the most constructive processes I’ve ever been through. When I arrived, I hadn’t had time to set myself a clear intention for the week. It turns out, I needn’t have worried – the weave itself brought forward in no uncertain terms the reason I needed to be there and offered a treasure trove of tools and huge support for working on something very specific and much-needed for me. I addressed all of my blockages related to this (some much deeper than I’d been aware of until then) and the way in which Sarita held it meant that the circle of us in attendance became a powerful collective, working together to witness and support each other very strongly, while evolving ourselves as individuals. The techniques and ceremonies in which we participated were all underpinned with the essence of empowerment and taking ownership of one’s own development, while simultaneously being connected with each other and being integral to the whole group’s journey.  I can’t believe how much we packed into 5 days. It was as though we were digging out what was unstable or broken in our foundations and reconstructing ourselves with new foundations, bringing ourselves into alignment to follow our true callings. I came away with what felt like a totally clear channel, with a constant flow of inspiration, insights, dreams and visions to carry me on my new path of creativity, on which I am on still, several months later. 

I followed my intuition when I booked the Divine Weave retreat, trusting that inner voice that whispered "this is what you need." It was my first experience like this, and honestly, I'm still trying to find words for the magic that unfolded.
Sarita doesn't just facilitate - she weaves sacred space around you like a gentle embrace, making it feel completely safe to go into the tender, hidden places within yourself that are ready to heal and expand.
I came home a different person. Not in some dramatic way, but in the most beautiful, subtle shifts that touch everything. I breathe deeper now. I move through my days with a freedom I've never known. The old emotional patterns that used to trap me with my family simply... dissolved. My work flows with an ease and confidence that feels like coming home to myself. And I know this is just the beginning of what wants to unfold. This experience has been pure medicine for my soul. My heart is overflowing with gratitude.

I participated in many self-growth retreats but this one is really special. You get everything that is promised, and even more. All the ceremonies and meditations are held in perfect order and in a sacred, safe container. Sarita and her beautiful assistants keep everything flowing, also the land helps, so although there is inner work to be done (which requires determination) somehow it really comes kind of effortlessly – as if this place and Sarita and her team were holding so high vibrations that the only thing to be done is to allow healing to happen. All the people I met were beautiful souls on the same path, each mirroring beautifully the rest, and creating the same safe container for the others. I have never been in a space like that before – no drama, no victimhood, no narcissists trying to steal the attention, just authenticity, commitment to freedom, and deep heart connections. You leave having your Soul Tribe in the whole world. The place is beautiful, accommodation is great, food is delicious and made with love. I just came back home two days ago very calm, embodied, heart-centered and undoubtably transformed. I recommend this from the bottom of my heart.

After experiencing the transformation at the Divine Weave, It's difficult not to come across sounding like a raving evangelist. However, in my humble opinion, what Sarita has created is probably the most powerful healing and transformative programme within 5 days on the planet. Everyone who attended has left as a different person to who they were when they arrived. The magic of this retreat work is, it doesn't matter if you're a seasoned spiritual worker, healer, practitioner, or if you've never opened a book or meditated before in your life, if you participate as guided, you will shift what no longer serves you and discover what lies beneath. For me, I re-connected to the sacred masculine energy inside myself, re-opened my heart, and shifted much of what no longer serves me. All of this in just 5 days! In the past, just a portion of what I experienced here had taken months or years and more retreats than I can remember. As if that wasn't enough, you are held in the most magnificent way by Sarita and her team every step along the way. All of this is set in the magical surroundings of Solhenge, with its energetic vortex ever present on the land, in the trees, and the plants. The quality and care paid to the most delicious food nourishes your body and soul - all made with love. I cannot recommend Sarita's retreats enough

Sarita's retreat completely surpassed my expectations. I joined the retreat out of curiosity and to expand my consciousness. I’ve been to many courses and retreats but never experienced anything close to this. It’s like I’ve re-connected to the deepest most authentic parts of myself, to my heart and to feeling fully alive as well as the other beautiful people who were there with me. Sarita Sol is a wise little fire cracker shamanic practitioner. I’ve had the pleasure of attending a 5-day in person retreat at her epic retreat center in France. I would say the whole world could do with the deep healing that Sarita facilitates. Profound shadow work that sets a human free so we can live in full empowerment and transmute what no longer serves us. Heal the wounds from the past.
