The depth of the energy work and the value of the ceremonies were completely beyond my  expectation.  I have reached a new depth and released trauma I had never acknowledged and recognized.  The alchemical work on abundance and sovereignty is of great importance as well, taking visualization and meditation to a whole higher level.

Sarita's workshop The Mother Wound was incredible. For years, I've had a very tumultuous relationship with my Mother, feeling anger and disappointment. I wanted this to change, so I decided to sign up for the workshop.  I was amazed and quite shocked at the information that came through the practices and meditations.  I was able to really see my Mom, see that she was always trying her best. I felt my anger melt into forgiveness and acceptance. I can now be with her in love and open heartedness.  Thank you Sarita!

I really thought that five hours were going to be eternal, but I really started getting into it, and as we went along it became a journey of discovery and I felt as if you were leading us in an adventure, like a hero's quest. I just wanted to write to thank you for the truly special experience of the Art of Intention.  I send you a heartfelt embrace infused with profound gratitude. It is a similar hug to the one I would give myself when I am feeling self-love, joy for my existence, and gratitude for everything that has comprised my human experience. That is because you've helped me understand that you and I, as the fellow participants in our class, and as everyone that is around us, are one. You've guided me to viscerally feel where we come from, and although a thank you can't encapsulate the magnitude of my gratitude.

 I hope you know how meaningful, transforming, empowering, illuminating, and healing the work that you share is. It is so generous of you to dedicate so much of your time and life to share, and guide, and love others into awareness. 

Art of Intention was SUCH a life changing experience-  one of the biggies has been the REVERSAL of some of my autoimmune markers for Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.  I have had high TSH levels and have needed high levels of Thyroid hormone replacement for the last 20 years since I was pregnant with my third child.  And this week my labs showed my TSH is almost down to normal! And my doctor had to lower my prescription!

So the weird thing is that TSH is produced by none other than the PITUITARY…so I had never meditated using the western chakra system the way you explained and truly I think it had a miraculous effect!  So I have been continuing coupling daily- I have had a lot of moodiness- release of Lot of muck but I know it’s worth

it- onward and upward- thanks for being such an awesome teacher and guide during this time- it is hard to believe the physical effects it has had on me and I wanted to let you know- it worked!

I had a very emotional and a heart felt experience today !I felt it was a journey of 100-200 years of going back and forth we did in 4 hours. Great experience! Thank you for your love and support as always !    As I am now introspecting, I intuitively feel that the walking ritual we did with mother from different ages  on the infinity symbol was to dissolve time and space for healing the wound and I felt that in that short time I lived the years I spent with my mother! Such a beautiful experience! And and any wound that was created was deleted from that previous timeline and a new timeline is created today knowingly or unknowingly by everybody 

I am writing to you to express my utmost gratitude for this excellent online course on 'Art of Intention'   At first, it was a bit complicated to get into the whole coupling process, but what I have observed is that over the weeks, by doing this on a daily basis, it became easier to integrate and to feel the upsurge and also to repeat the statements without any props. What I liked about this technique is not only about becoming intentional creators of our own realities but also the shadows that this brings up.  Your energy, dynamism, spontaneous and eloquent language make this course a powerful and enjoyable one.  I just did the week 9 meditation. I honestly did not expect how profoundly it would affect my being, how much pain I was holding in these organs, to release the trauma.. I have had intestinal issues since I was young. My father ultimately passed from multiple tumors in the body, to include intestinal blockage from one. The energetic release hit me hard and I just cried, and cried, and cried and I'm still crying. It was just so beautiful, so very beautiful to appreciate my being in that way. I will definitely do this again with other organs especially my kidneys.  

I participated in Sarita's Sins of the Father workshop on March 26, 2022 and it was powerful. I saw how the father wound had been showing up in my life in a several ways and how easy it was to shift. The next day I still felt an energetic shift. It was as if I was 'future me,' as if the invisible past had dissolved. It was truly a remarkable experience 

The Mother Womb. Wow!!! I cherish the precious experiences and memories of a truly beautiful and profound time. The many gifts from the work both given and received continue to unfold perfectly.
