The retreat begins at 6:30pm on the first day and ends at 4pm on the last day.
YOUR RETREAT STAY WILL INCLUDE:
- 3 vegetarian meals a day with home grown or locally sourced food, alfresco style dining, starting the first evening
-snacks/drinks throughout the day
- Shared single bed accommodations
- Access to student kitchen
- Access to swimming pool
-Use of two towels
-Optional, organized by us, group transfer from Bordeaux and Bergerac airports
-Optional Bed and Breakfast of two nights either side of retreat with or without extra lunch or supper
