The workshop is 5 hours long and we will finish the day with a Q & A session with sarita as she answers any of your questions on consciousness , shamanism or the esoteric.
This is an intensive, deeply healing, self paced workshop open to all those wishing to heal the wounds they have carried forward from their mother and from their maternal ancestral lines. You will be cradled within a sacred wombic space to flow forth from within: forgiveness, compassion and wholeness affecting change on cellular levels. You will meet the truth of your own maternal perceptions, change pre-determined patterns, embrace the mother within your own cells and receive gifts from your ancestors. This offering is designed to bring you lasting internal change rooted in self nourishment, empowerment, awareness and most importantly an intrinsic, open, lasting connection with Mother Earth Gaia cleared of limitation.

Perhaps the most magical moment for me was the integration at the very end . I felt and "saw" all 7 generations of Mothers holding hands with me in a circle; my mother holding my right hand and my great great great great great grandmother completing the circle holding my left hand. The love and healing felt divine, for everyone, then one by one, beginning with my great great great great great grandmother, they walked into my body one-by-one and merged with me and each other to become a unified whole. Such a beautiful sense of oneness. The sense of deep and intangible peace within my own being and down the 7 generations of maternal line is ineffable; especially as I know there was an enormous amount of trauma in the line

I did the workshop yesterday -- just so amazing. One of the greatest gifts of my life when I really look at it. Thank you so much Sarita for this deep plunge into the Mother Wound. As I walked the Eight with my mother at different ages, I dropped into her life -- I could smell my Grandmother's breath -- and I could see the challenges and difficulties my mother lived thru. I could feel how she loved my father, and how much he wanted a lot of children, and she didn't. Her whole life was about pleasing him -- he was a kind gentle man, but it wasn't the life she dreamed of. I was the 2nd of 4 girls, and she never gave birth to the boy my Dad wanted. I could feel her worry and even her despair. My mother was a person I hated most of my life. I didn't know if I could even find a pix of her -- that's how much I haven't loved her. When I saw my maternal lineage (it just typed the word 'lions' instead of lineage!) and they came forward to gift me I was overcome with such a feeling of wisdom and quiet peaceful joy ... I could feel my deep resistance to receiving open little by little. And after the ceremony, I went outside to my medicine wheel and they all came and stood around me, still offering me gifts. Gifts that I have never in my whole life of 80 years realized that are available to me. Thank you so much for your work Sarita and for sharing it with us.
I discovered Sarita Sol completely by chance — or, more accurately, through synchronicity — in the summer of 2025. At the time, I was honestly quite skeptical about shamanism. I had already spent many decades working through deep family wounds using psychotherapy and other spiritual practices, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I decided to book a session with Sarita, and that experience led me to take her courses The Mother Wound and The Sins of the Father. What unfolded afterward truly surprised me. My relationship with my mother, which had been aggressive and deeply strained for years, began to transform in a way I hadn’t been able to access before. Through compassion, something softened. I can now genuinely see my mother for who she is. Where we once literally called each other names, I can now smile at her dramatic behaviors and feel real love and compassion instead of reactivity. What’s even more telling is that my family members are amazed by the shift in our dynamic. The change isn’t just internal — it’s visible and felt by everyone around us. I’m deeply grateful for Sarita’s work and the grounded, powerful way she guides healing. This experience opened a door I didn’t know was still waiting to be opened.

Sarita is a shamanic practitioner trained and self taught in feminine and masculine practices rooted in healing and seership.
