"My experience on Sarita’s Gaia Cosmos Retreat has been one of the most powerful of my life. It was quite special and magical since the beginning. I really wanted to go but for one or another reason it wasn’t looking like it was going to be possible this year, mainly economic. Tallked to Sarita and told her. Only 2 weeks before the retreat I was surprised by my boss with a very late christmas bonus that coincidently was EXACTLY the same amount i needed for the retreat….. I know better, there are no coincidences! I had to keep going with this beautiful energy.

Oaxaca is a mystical state in Mexico, for thousands of years energy workers, healers, chamanes have chosen this place to live and again…is not a coincidence. The magical energy is there. You can feel it. The bay area is stunning, ocean is deep at the bottom but calm at the surface. Full of sea life, you see the whales swimming bay all day long! I have never been in a place like this and I’ve travelled around.

We meditated every morning which for me was the most powerful one. I went to places I’ve never been before. I remember one day I found myself out there in space such a beautiful, peaceful place. "Experiencing the expansion of oneself is a true gift in life, as it emits inward and outward to everything, like a beacon of light. Being part of the Gaia Cosmos retreat was one such gift as this. It was the opportunity to step into a portal of knowing. My experience began about a month before the actual retreat, whereupon I had a psychic moment through the form of a dream, meeting specific people and their faces who ended up being the exact people that I met upon arriving. Also in my dream, I had participated in identical activities and whale consciousness that we connected to on the retreat, already accessing the portals within me. I knew this was going to be magical and it was, but in ways I hadn't even expected. In my "normal" life, I usually experience myself as fairly shy and introverted, and often my own inhibitor. There were many times that Sarita and Liz were demonstrating an experience that we were to practice, and thinking in my head, "there is no way I can do this (i.e. I am not confident enough to do this!)". When suddenly a magic would move through me, opening up to areas of myself I hardly ever access, coming fluidly and effortlessly, showing myself, "oh, YES, you certainly CAN to do this, and you ARE confident enough!" In essence, I began to unlock the parts of knowing and trust within me. A type of surrendering that is so exciting and beautiful, you embrace it fully, and you are the embrace. At the same time, the collective witnessing and experiencing of ourselves as an interconnected weave of consciousness between others and elements was so freeing and empowering. This experience was so lovingly held by wise and mystical women, Sarita and Liz. They have a magic, one that you could feel through their energy, their words, their touch. Sarita and Liz are truly unique, as they engage and bring down true knowing, wisdom and essence. Surrounded by the spirits present here was like being amongst fairies, dragons, flowers, love, light, wind, waves, whales, eyes, stars.
