So I am pretty new to this particular kind of meditation but I have felt a very significant difference in my energy level and the level of overwhelm that I have on a daily basis. Thank you.

I saw you walk toward me and place your hand on my forehead and you literally drained all the heaviness from inside me. Thank you so very much sarita.

Genius process!!! I felt inside, what needed to vacate as I let it go, piece by piece. Towards the end of the meditation I could feel energy increasing immediately, a lighter feeling and was able to move easier. (I did a bit of a celebratory/ gratitude dance just because I could now) Grateful as always Sarita

This is incredible!! For weeks I was suffering from extreme tiredness and weakness. I was feeling overwhelmed and beginning to feel lethargic. Yesterday I did this mediation, and today the tiredness and the lethargy and the overwhelm is gone!!! Normally, I would kind of push me out of the tiredness to get things done, but feeling exhausted afterwards. Now, it's like I'm able to kind of stay centered while I'm doing things, and afterwards. This is totally new to me. It's like I'm just keep breathing, and not start to hold the breath while doing something! This is true magic! Thank you so much, Sarita!!!!

Thank you dear Sarita and all those participating! This meditation was beautiful. I felt such warmth and support as soon as I stepped into your biofield. I knew my specific target was surrounding parental overwhelm and fears of failure or lack of advancement i guess.. And i immediately felt seen and enough. Once the healing was wrapping up, i felt you lifted a great weight off my shoulders.. Telling me i know longer had to carry it, the work was done. It was amazing
